- Metabolism: 10 seconds rest between each exercise is perfect
- Strength: 2-5 minutes between sets/exercises
- Power: 2-4 minutes between sets/exercises
- Agility: 2-3 minutes between sets/exercises
- Plyometrics: 2-4 minutes between sets/exercises
