Rest For The Best Results:  
  • Stretching:  no rest is needed between exercises
  • Metabolism:  10 seconds rest between each exercise is perfect
  • Strength:  2-5 minutes between sets/exercises
  • Power:  2-4 minutes between sets/exercises
  • Agility:  2-3 minutes between sets/exercises
  • Plyometrics:  2-4 minutes between sets/exercises
