About Lesson
Your heart pumps blood to your lungs, brain, and itself first. Consider that your heart has a priority map for blood flow and areas like your toes and fingertips come last. Vascular disease is best managed by addressing the innermost blood flow first and then outwardly, when it comes to conservative care. Many times, vascular disease that is progressed requires surgical intervention, although conservative care like improved diet, exercise and stress habits, and visualization of bloodflow inside-out prove to be effective measures to stop — and even sometimes reverse — vascular disease.
