“How Do I Feel?”

Smiley Face Scale — ask yourself how you feel today and then draw a smiley face that represents your emotions today.  Then, do it again for this week so far.  And one more time for this month so far.  Learn to see your emotions over time, as well as in the moment.  And in doing so, find balance.

Evaluations and Re-evaluations — this is how you measure progress; remember to check in on how balanced you feel in this moment/overall, emotional recovery periods, and emotional amplitude.
