About Lesson
Taking Inventory Of Internal vs External Emotions: Your emotions are reactions to your internal or external environment. In other words, your emotions are a product of the feelings associated with what is taking place inside of you and all around you. Meanwhile, ‘External Emotions’ refers to someone else’s emotions or a feeling that surrounds you that is not yours and how you receive and react to it. Learning to distinguish between emotions that “belong” to you vs “do not belong” to you is paramount to emotional health.
