I want to thank you for these incredible workouts. I am 66 years old and have 4 bulging disks and osteoarthritis in left hip which my chiro says is almost bone on bone. Regardless, I believe I am on the way to MAXIMUM recovery and being an LMT and Wellness Coach, I am aligned with that truth. I just got your DVDs today and did Disk 1 with the warm=up. Yesterday, I had done Disk 4 with warm-up in entirely, though today I just did Workout 1 Free Squats. The WARM-UP is what I needed to get the rest of the body going! I have also been using Emily Lark’s Back to Life program to heal. And I am making progress. I just want you to know that I think you have an amazing talent for working out and educating people safely. I look forward to each workout which I will start my day with. My heartfelt thanks!
